More cooking!

So this weekend it was my turn to cook the roast dinner (lamb in fact) and is big piece of meat!

I had a bit of time to kill so I knocked up some more of Paul Hollywood’s bread (see previous post) but also some Chelsea Buns (not one of his recipes – one I found on the BBC website).



I took about 12 buns into work on Monday – they were all gone in about 10 minutes!
